Fit your training around your life.
Our Small and Large group Personal Training sessions run six days a week, from 6am to 8pm on weekdays and from 7am to 12pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
Our inclusive group classes are a fun and intense way to focus in on a specific area of fitness. Running alongside your personal training programme, we’ll carefully compile a timetable of classes that support your individual goals.
